Thorough service My service advisor greeted me, and remembered the work I had previously done on my other car (2003 Matrix, 494 000 Km). Taylor was able to advise me on what service needed to be done and what could wait until the fall. She was friendly and professional from start to finish, and the mechanic was thorough in their checkup on my 2013 Rav.
Service vs Cost Service is always friendly, congenial, and punctual, and I cannot knock the work done. My only complaint would be the cost, from the marked up parts to expensive labour. I realize this is typical for work done by a dealership, but it is still an obstacle to having more work done here.
