I love Toyota My new car is not my first Toyota and definitely will not be the last, i got my first Toyota when I was 18 years old, it was crown super saloon, an amazing car, i wish I can buy another one nowadays, my new Corolla got a very nice features, like heated front seats, and remote start feature. I like the way i was treated in Toyotatown, the people cared about what i needed and their response was excellent.

Best service yet I don't usually do surveys or reviews, but I was impressed with Amanda K. She kept me informed about the work being done on my car, which is the usual for service visits. But when finished, she let me know personally rather than me having to wait for my name to be called from the payment desk. She insured I got the best price for the parts and service and applied the Toyota Advantage. The appointment took the amount of time expected as she told me. Great experience.

'' Efficient, very welcoming and excellent customer service. Justin Makai has excellent customer service that is seen in one out of a thousand. I like his open-mindedness, patience, and friendliness. He is very welcoming and has a gentle beautiful convincing smile that every customer will be happy to interact with. He deserves every award ahead of him. Efficient, Knowledgeable and Very Patient I was moving from BC to Ontario and needed to buy a car as soon as I arrived in London. Peace of mind and honesty 😁 This morning I showed up to Toyotatown service bay without an appointment. Jason ( a familiar face) a Senior Service advisor greeted me with his usual smile and pleasant demeanour. Consistent Satisfaction I've been getting my service work done at ToyotaTown since purchasing my vehicle there and I have always been satisfied. Recently it has required some costly repair work which is always a little stressful. However recognizing the age and mileage on my vehicle, it is understandable. I was very happy with the service advisor Helena on my last two visits. She is a very friendly employee, and very detailed in explaining the repair requirements and processes involved. A New Experience When me and my husband went out shopping for a car, we were between 2 brands: Lexus or Toyota. We entered ToyotaTown and had the freedom to browse through cars in the parking lot.
