Another great experinence Brought my Rav4 for a regular 40K checkup today. As usually the visit here was a pleasent experiance. The staff was very knowledgable, helpful and polite. What I appreciate is, they are not pushy and they are not upselling unnecesarry service. I would highly recommend this dealership to any Toyota car owner in London.

Efficient, Communicative I selected my Toyota Corolla on Monday and was able to pick it up on Wednesday. That is very fast to get the plates, rust proofing and paint sealant completed. I felt that I was fully informed about all options. I will be telling everyone I meet over the next month about my new car and the experience of purchasing through Toyota-Town.

Great service We had a very pleasant experience while shopping for a new vehicle. Our salesman , Kevin Swan , was very helpful , knew all the information about the vehicle and helped us to understand all the different features on the vehicle . Kevin was courteous and respectful to my husband and I. We have purchased other vehicles from Toyotatown and Kevin and we will be back in the future. Pat and Bill Richardson

Excellent Purchase Experience We already have obtained 4 vehicles from Toyota-Town/Lexus of London since 2001. We were in the market for a vehicle for our 21 year old grandson, who attends University. We, naturally, went straight to ToyotaTown. There we met Baz Afara. We told him what we were looking for, and what we wanted to consider and see. Baz was most helpful, interested to help us, and offered a few suggestions of his own. Complete frame replacement, WELL DONE ! Helena: Frame replacement is not an easy task. You where right on the ball and more than prepared when I walked in the door. Massive work done with no grief Helena Vrabec shepherded my RAV through a wheel exchange and regular service, which ballooned into new brakes, a head gasket, new struts, plugs and a water pump. Throughout the process Helena was fabulous, professional, sympathetic, and worked overtime to keep me up to date and to make sure I was always aware of everything going on.
