Good work I had the second schedule maintenance of my Corolla and they were one time to receive me and I got all the explanation I need. They also explained all the steps.

Great staff Staff friendly, all work well together. Sales specialist very organized, all paperwork was ready when I arrived, attention to detail evident. As Gwen was tied up initially with another client who had an accident She. asked a co worker ( Baz) to begin to review the paper work with me, so I did not have to wait for her to finish with her client.Efficient dealership.

Great Service and Very Patient Sales Specialists I had an excellent experience at Toyotatown buying my car this past week. Both Gwen and Ken were very thorough and knowledgeable about the car products, and they answered all my questions that I had about everything! Friendly Staff and Informative Salesmanship I have nothing to complain about concerning my time at Toyota Town. I was promptly met with a representative upon arrival, I had all of my questions addressed about the vehicles I looked at, financing and warranty coverage. The interior of the show room was well maintained and organized, and there was a friendly atmosphere all around.

Chad from ToyotaTown was awesome The customer care at ToyotaTown London ontario was excellent. Chad made the time to answer all my questions and worked to make my experience a great one purchasing the new 2020 Corolla SE. I already knew what model I wanted, and he wasn’t trying to up sell me on anything I didn’t want. Chad was knowledge and a great sales man. Sorry Chad that I didn’t have time for you to connect my phone with Bluetooth to my new ride. :) I highly recommend this dealership.
