I came in with our recently purchased 2022 Prius we needed to get some warranty work completed. Dennis Dabous got me in and completed all the necessary information and work that needed to be done. He was excellent very helpful and shared all the information I needed to know. It was our first time in to do the warranty work and overall excellent service and a great experience. We now have a schedule to follow as to when to bring it back on a regular basis. Much appreciated!!!!!

I was paired with Hiacynta and her customer service was excellent through out. The efficiency, care and dedication extended to me was great. Along with Hiacynta, Andre from the Finance Department both did an excellent job from the beginning to the end. I was pleased and left a satisficed customer. LaToya was very helpful via e-mail and phone when sorting out the maintenance on my car with a rodent issue in the engine. I appreciated the communication as well as the discussion involving the approach to fixing it. She did not try to sell me anything unnecessary which is always appreciated. I was hoping my car would get washed and although I requested it (granted it was a late request but I thought that this was included with all services), this did not happen. I assume that was a breakdown in communication on their end.
Very positive experience overall. First time Toyota buyer, first time with Toyota-Town. Happy with the decision. Hiacynta helped us spec out the exact RAV4 we wanted and it was delivered within the expected timeframe (~5 months). Very happy with the vehicle that was delivered to us. Smooth and positive process with Andre as well as we worked through a couple changes to the order.
Todd gave me excellent service in a difficult situation. I had a puncture on a Sunday. CAA changed the tire, but of course I needed a new tire intalled. I called ToyotaTown Monday morning and explained the situation. A couple of hours later, Todd Servantcalled to say that he was searching for a suitable tire, and he would get back to me. He called back around noon and told me that he had secured the tire, and if I could bring my vehicle in to the service department at around 2:30, he could squeeze me in.
