Both sales person Jackson and Jay who I dealt with were very helpful and professional. I was told that there was only one Keyfob but i could claim another on warranty. We finalized the purchase and I made a deposit. While waiting on the paperwork from finance, the person who I assume was their superrvisor came and told me that because I was not financing the purchase, he cannot get me the second keyfob, as he is not making the company any money on the deal. I was supported today by Herman and Randi. They were both amazing, Herman in particular took the time to walk me through what my options were and how I can track my services in the future. The thing I am most appreciative of the Trail team is the punctuality! My car was done in exactly an hour. Which is fantastic, because it allows for accurate planning.
