Excellent Service A friend recommended Jason after their positive experience. At the first meeting I told Jason I was on a fact finding mission regarding my lease which was expiring soon. Great service, professional staff Bought a preowned 2012 Matrix at Toyota on the Park and every individual I dealt with went above and beyond to help me, specifically Peter from Sales and Mario and Kash from Service. Everything was explained in great detail without being too overwhelming, and I was kept updated from start to finish. Overall, a great experience for a first-time buyer.

Leases a new 4Runner Leased a new 4Runner today to replace a really old Lexus. Paul and Ali were very professional, returned calls promptly and ensured that once i drove out with my new car, that all of my concerns and questions about the car were answered. No priblem working with the Toyota on the Park team going forward.
very helpful service staff visited the service dept for a quick oil change first but noticed another problem afterwards. i had to bring back my car along with a cranky baby. the staff were friendly and accomodating, able to attend to me during a busy time of day. they weren't pushy about selling their services and provided alternatives. in the end they were able to get the job done as i had requested without charging me a penny!
