I went to another closer dealership first thinking if I will have to get my car serviced closer is better. Feeling not so.. I left and went to On the Park. Great Vibe. Conscientious, Caring and Personalized Service Within the last ten (10) days I purchased a Toyota Camry from this Dealership. My Sales Consultant was and is Mike Fawad Ghowsi, was in that that purchased is completed and is because if I decided to purchase another Toyota Mike would be my Consultant of choice. Stress Free Purchase The staff at Toyota on The Park provided me with great customer service and a wealth of knowledge which made my decision to purchase a new car completely stress free.
End of extended warranty service Alisha recognized in the spring of 2017 that the 3 year extended warranty on my used Venza purchased at Toyota on the Park was going to expire this fall, so she arranged for a 55 point inspection in the service department for a period of time when I did not need the car in August. One issue on the car needed to be addressed that could be partially covered by the extended warranty so this was fixed. I will always take my Venza to Toyota on the Park when I am in Ontario.
Excellent salesman This was our first car to lease and visiting Toyota on the Park made it possible all because of Mike , he is a kind , patient and never pushy which put us in a very confortable place. his knowledge is amazing, at the begining we were hasitant and confused wheter to buy or lease the car, but Mike made it all clear and we were able to decide.
