My experience at Toyota on the Park was great! From the start Mahad Mofrad was very patient and listened to everything that I was requiring and understanding that I was in a time crunch because my kids have special needs and I don't have any time to waste shopping! Everything was great and Mahad went the extra mile (pardon the pun!) to get the Sienna that I requested even though that meant flying to Ottawa and driving the van back to Toronto!
Great experience Recently bought a Toyota Highlander. Came to Toyota on the Park to purchase as I've had an excellent experience with their service department for the last 10 years (Sienna and Rav 4). Service is 10/10. A positive experience with the entire service team. Nice to see so many knowledgeable women there!! I dealt with salesman Peter D'Costa. Knowledgeable, helpful. Don't enjoy the price negotiations, but Peter ensured that I was happy!
