awesome I would like to congratulate the whole team, they really help me a lot to decide what's really good for me. They gave me all the options...especially Jeralyn Campana and Genelyn Miranda though it's not really their job, and Chadi Boudiab for giving all my request! Bumpy Road But Fully Satisfied in the End I recently purchased my third Highlander from Kingsway Toyota. The sales experience was straight-forward and relatively painless. The after sales experience was, however, sketchy. Problems were noted with communication (both in keeping the customer informed and between the sales and other Kingsway departments) and coordination (continuity of customer service around employee days off was particularly challenging). Tundra repairs A difficult situation with Toyota Canada and parts availability was made better by the professionalism of Hanan and Johnny. Once the supply issue was solved my vehicle was quickly and efficiently repaired and returned to me.

Happy with my new sequoia I purchased my 2015 Sequoia after seeing it advertised on the Internet. Bryan was great to deal with. He was quick to respond and worked hard to get us a great price that was more competitive than the local quote we received. He responded to our texts and phone calls even late at night and on weekends, showing that he genuinely cares about customers.
