Polite, professional, pleasant and patient front line staff I'm not anyone's favourite customer. I drive a 9 year old Corolla, don't know a lot about cars and want to drive it forever. That means that when I bring my vehicle in for servicing it's not only inconvenient for me (as being without a car is for everyone), it's also often expensive.
