Perfect ride!! My wife and I just came back to Edmonton, so we were looking for the perfect car to spend the next few years here. My new Highlander My husband stopped by Kingsway to check out the 2014 sienna. He was introduced by Coreena. she gave the sienna for an extended test drive and my husband and I went back to Kingsway to make a deal. I then switched to a highlander and Coreena was a great help! Very efficient and knowledgeable on the Toyota products serv I really enjoy a cheerful service writer Haneen Halabi for her understanding my vehicle needs. Her truthful, honest, knowledgeable and the integrity developed over the years that I have no choice to stay with Kingsway Toyota for service. Last year she recommended me to trade my 2007 Tundra for the new 2014 and I'm glad she did . That's my commuting truck for highway and winter driving. Great people and great service Miss Hannan Borhot is very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Fortunately, I visited the Kingsway Toyota every time, and Hannan was one served me. More Than I Expected I am new to Edmonton and went to Kingsway Toyota to get my winter tires put on. I was immediately impressed with the warmth and efficiency of the young woman at reception. (I regret I don't know her name) I needed new tires and bought some that came with a mail-in discount. When the tire manufacturer failed to honour the promotion, Kingsway Toyota (with the help of Appointment Coordinator James Zeng) generously credited my account with the amount of the discount. "Haneen is #1 in Customer Service, she is an Angel" All the staff I communicated with on the phone, and in person, were very friendly and helpful. But the person I dealt with 97% of the time was Haneen. I drive a Toyota that I bought new in 2005, that has been awesome, and only has just over 88,000 kms. on it. I needed a re-built transmission, plus an oil change, minor tune-up, and some minor repairs. Great Sales person My wife and I have bought a new 2015 RAV4 from Gerry Domingo at Kingsway Toyota. This is our sixth new car purchase and never have we met a sales person like Gerry.
