Very attentive! I am on my 3rd Tundra lease from this dealer and even with some extra issues on this one, Haneen has always been a pleasure to deal with, she communicates well with the customer(even the difficult ones) and as well as the services mechanics.

Honest people Staff from this dealership are honest, sincere and not rude. They give you the options they have and let you decide. They are the most honest sales people I met. They are NOT aggressive. They let you feel that at the end of the day it's still your decision that matters. I hope all sales people are like them. Special thanks to Roneil who let me decide and gave me all the options. Also to Jordan, Robby and Justin. Hats off to this dealership and to its staff.

so supportive I was really nervous about this purchase, having been witness to other car dealerships really take advantage of friends in the past. Rob was super helpful and supportive, even gave me a ride to get my insurance and registration sorted for vehicle delivery. The manager I dealt with was also incredibly helpful and really made an effort to get me the best deal for what I could afford. The finance department was also really helpful and friendly. Great job and Excellent experience I purchased my 2013 Toyota Camry Hybrid in Calgary and my backup camera did not work any more, and it took me a lot of energy and time to negotiate with the Calgary Heninger Toyota dealership. As a result, they required me to go back to be fixed. That's crazy! Fortunately, Service Manager, Johnny Yu, tried everything to help me out, and he replaced the new backup camera by himself. Excellent experience We purchase the RAV4-LE-2015 in March 2015. Coreena was very helpful, courteous and very knowledgeable about the car. She was there all the way from the choice of the car, options and accommodating the choice of the color to putting in a purchase offer. We had had a great Test Drive experience.
