Nash in Thornhill Toyota is the best car sales I've ever met. He always put client first, willing to do anything he could to make us happy. After we picked up the car we bought, he called us again for the extra keys the previous owner found after. We are so happy that Nash did everything for us.

This is a big shoutout to THANK Kangli A for his help in pairing our new iPhone to our car even though we bought the car years ago with another sales person. Everyone at the dealership was busy so he took it upon himself to help us out. David and Maryam helped me to purchase a new car today. They were very friendly and professional. I could test drive a car, which made me easy to decide getting a new car. Also, sales manager helped me a lot to provide a reasonable value for my previous car (trade-in). If I need to get a new car again, I will definitely use this location. Even though Ryan Howard just started working, he has a lot patience when answering questions. Ryan also has a wide knowledge on what is the best car for me. He also is a friendly and approachable guy to which he told me to message him anytime even after we received the car already. Received great customer service from him!
