They have been honest and fair when dealing with the staff at service and sales . My dealing with the parts staff was also very good . I needed wiper blades at our last Rav service and the parts counter person said he would just go put them on . Doesn’t get sny better than that .
Good people. Try thier best to accommodate you. 2 things toyota needs to address. 1- 18 months for a new car and another 4 to months to get a red one. Not acceptable. 2 - minor flaw in paint no big deal. November repair date not acceptable.
