The shop is very clean and welcoming. The temporary sales office is a bit tiny, but they make it work! The staff are all very friendly. Our sales person, Larry, was very pleasant and took the time to answer our questions and kept in touch while we waited for delivery. When our RAV4 arrived in Regina, we received a text and an email outlining the steps to arrange for preparation and pick up of the RAV4. We recently bought a 23 rav4 from Taylor Toyota. We dealt with Halie who in our opinion was fantastic! She really knew how to make us feel at home and at ease about making our purchase.
