First New car Ever Went to an off site sale which was kind of fun and different experience. Took a Nissan rogue for a test drive with Holly and knew I wanted that particular one. Allie in finance was easy to talk to and made the paperwork quite simple. Jessica went through the car with me from top to bottom and even set up my phone with bluetooth technology and I'm glad because I never would have figured it out. It was a pleasure to deal with each employee.
Great Service and Respectful to her clients I have been looking for a new vehicle recently and thinking of it for a few years now. If it wasn't for.. I had a few employees go above and beyond for me at Superior Nissan, however I had some bad experiences too. I live in Elliot Lake and drove to SSM to purchase my vehicle. Ultimately Allie and Jessica were able to find a car that suited my needs, low km's and decent price, as my job requires me to drive a lot. Great experience! I made the rounds to all the dealerships and found Superior Nissan to be top notch. I had the pleasure of dealing with Holly who was very helpful and extremely nice. She was always quick to reply to calls and e-mails and never pushy. The dealership itself is very clean and modern. Great central location as well.
Excellent Service! I came in and spoke with Holly. Told her my sad sappy story and knew I had some bad credit issues. Well a couple of days later I was approved! I got a 2010 cube and love it! Thanks to Holly and Allie my credit is heading in the right direction ;)
Very Happy Dave took the nervousness of buying a car out of the process and handled every concern I had like a true professional. Not only did he steer me in the right direction in terms of vehicle he also got me the price I wanted without being pushy at all.
