Bought a used truck from the dealer and broke down 3 days later. Bought the warranty and was told easy to use wasn’t easy. Setting with 4 year old truck that has multiple check engine lights on. Was told buy salesman they asked head mechanic about knock sensor he said never heard of it before . Wouldn’t let the guy fix my vehicle if didn’t no this.

Firstly your salesperson named yasir rehman told us that there will be no other charges apart from the car costs + taxes and then your finance guy named robert manipulated the things by saying that bank is not approving your loan without CPO (extended warranty). Terrible dealer. You can buy a Nissan elsewhere and not have the frustration of this dealership. If I could give zero stars I would. Simple example, unsolicited emails, even after unsubscribing, calling them and posting complaints. If you want a dealership who doesn’t listen, this is the one for you? ,
Beware of Sales Manager (Christy Moores) What a joke of a dealership. What kind of manager doesn't allow their sales staff to take customers on a test drive before purchasing... Instead, we were simply told "the Leaf drives just like a Tesla"? LMAO, give me a break.
Nissan Versa seamless transmission is a DUD! My Versa has 122,000 kms. When my engine light came on, I brought it to Stouffville Nissan dealership. $148 later and within an hour, I was informed that the transmission was caput. I brought it to my own mechanic in Markham. Within an hour, they confirmed that the transmission was indeed finished. They charged me, not even a nickel! Because of the type of transmission, only Nissan has the parts. Worst customer service I have ever had!!!! I never write reviews but this time I need to tell people to not get their car service at the stouffville location. I have had 3 Rouges and been going to the markham location for all my services. They are amazing!! Now that the stouffville location has come and want to give my community my business I have had nothing but problems. Sales manager more interested in maximizing profit I went to this dealership to shop for a 2015 Murano. The first price I was offered was $750 over the MSRP. When I requested a better price, the $750 was removed and I was told the dealership was making very little profit at this offer.
