Satisfying Sales Experience Initially we approached Royal Oak Nissan to purchase a new vehicle. However, we did not care for their "We will control you. We will tell you what to do" approach, so we backed off. We then went to Stadium Nissan and in a matter of minutes reached an agreement on a 2015 truck. There was no high pressure salesmanship. Great service I needed some tires for my Pathfinder, and Stadium is super close to were I work. I called in for an appointment and to order the tires, and the guys in parts were super helpful and found me the size I needed without having the car there. They got them in the same day and put the tires on the same day too. Since then I've been doing all my oil changes and stuff there and everyone is friendly. The sales guys talk to me and are nice even tho the know I'm not buying a new car. 100% super awesome.

Never use Stadium Nissan for service. this is my second Nissan Car, I bought preowned car where the issue is not disclosed when I purchased the car. the car seat motor is too loud and noisy in the cold season. didn't test it since the car was not purchased in cold season. the USB power plug at the back seat never worked till I try it in a couple of month, booking for service was a nightmare booked for service being promised for courtesy car and not keep the promise when dropping the car and had to take it back. never had goo... read more
I phoned the nissan stadium Calgary service center to have my nissan juke cvt transmission fluid flushing.They give me a quote less than somewhere else,I asked to check again the price as I got a quote less than their, the lady confirm the price and the service. Today I got the work done it was fluid change only and not fluid flushing which uses twice quantity of oil. The Worts Experience , after all papers are signed put a deposit down plus with the bank draft, Mr.Jason. S the Sales Manager told us that the salesmen forgot to put the Gst while we had a deal with Nissan Stadium so Mr.Jason.S tolds us in Quote ' I Don't Give A xxxx ' and all the papers 'You Can Wipe Your xxx With It ' after all that it was not about the Gst its how Mr.Jasn.S had treated us , using Abuse Language constantly it was unprofessional . Till this day the Manager had not respond to our e-mail .
I understand Nissan is more of an "economy" brand, however, not having a shuttle service for your customers while their car is out of commission seems like anything the most basic of dealerships should offer. The last 4 times I have brought my car to this dealership for service, my car was returned to me dirtier than when I dropped it off. Friendly before sale, could care less after, quite a turnaround. Dealt with Royal Oak Nissan before an found them much better, would go there instead.
We recently bought a used vehicle from Nissan. The salesperson was very helpful, BUT after we arrived home we realized one of the keys we were given was not for our vehicle at all. Called the dealership and explained they gave us one key for our vehicle, and one that was not for our car. Told us that was our problem to deal with, they would not provide a second key and that we needed buy a second key and have it programmed ourselves, which is going to cost approx $500.
