Really great service.got me what I needed and very hospitabl I needed a car I applied a application with Canada drives met a great sales man Christopher help me out with everything even offered me ride home I appreciated and he even offered to pick me up.got me in my car properly explained everything in detail.ty man very professional.

wonderful friendly staff with everyone in the dealership I recently purchased a vehicle at Collins and was our visit purchase at their dealership. The experience with our sales person (Kevin) was wonderful he was very easy to deal with. When it came to the negotiation and our expectation on our trade value, they were very open and upfront as to what was the best they could offer. We did not have any back and forth games like many dealerships do.

Quite satisfied with this buying experience All the staff that I dealt with at Collins were very congenial. My sales contact, Domenic Cappella was very knowledgeable and paid close attention to my needs and concerns. Domenic did not use high pressure tactics to close me, I definitely feel that I purchased the right vehicle from a respectable dealer.

Welcoming and no pressure The service I received at this dealership was remarkable,from the first time I entered the door I was at ease.I was looking to trade in my car for something a little bigger and I had my eyes on used Kia soul.I spoke with Christopher Van Wie Chen in finance.He was so upfront and honest and such a pleasure to work with.He did his best to crunch some numbers and today I picked up my new car.I will definitely recommend Christopher and the dealership.They treated my like a queen

Amazing staff, car, service and help! I dealt with both Kevin and Jesse? at the dealership in trading in my car for a 2013 Lexus GS350. Car wasn't immaculate but they went out of their way as did dealership to clean it up and make it A1 for my purchase. I had been searching for quite a while in Toronto locally for another car due to a tendon operation that would be coming up and cars locally were either not up to par or the dealerships/salespeople/tradein value were horrible. great service I went to the dealership without having made the decision on getting a Nissan. Staff was very pleasant and not pushy. They met our price requirements and we went back in a week to get the car. After communicating with other dealerships, I was happy to go back to Collins. We drove from an hour away to buy from Collin and not our local dealership.

Amazing Turnout: I had the pleasure of dealing with Rob, What a great experience. Rob went above and beyond. Excellent customer service. They made me feel important and did everything to help me secure my vehicle. The staff is friendly and very comitted to helping people succeed in thier dream cars. The staff was very forward and told you straight out how things were going.
