Courteous and knowledgeable in attending to my problem. Previously had my car in because low tire pressure light was on continually. Was told all tires were inflated properly and they could do nothing about interior warning signal. Steve checked on line a found a solution immediately.
No pressure sales This is my second purchase with Christopher. He is very friendly and helpful with no pressure to make the sale. Came in for service on Micra and had been mulling over getting a Kicks. Christopher helped make the purchase in the price range I had in mind with the options I wanted. Thank you Christopher with the surprise gift basket which I will thoroughly enjpy.

Excellent service From the moment we walked into the door to the walk through of how everything works and then purchasing the vehicle was excellent. We received all of the information we needed and got all of our questions answered. We will definately be back for another vehicle.
Dealership and Sales Agent Review Nissan St. Catharines is a great local dealership. The employees are good especially our own sales agent "Rene Romero" who helped us in the processing and purchasing our 2018 Nissan Qashqai. ..Rene is very helpful, friendly, very accomodating and have excellent customer service. .Me and my husband is very thankful to him because everything went on smoothly . It took us few days only for the processing of our application until the hand over of the car we purchased.
Quality I dealt with Rene Romero and from start to finish it was lije we were already freinds. It felt very comfortable and he really didn’t try to push anything on me. He was understanding the whole time even if I would get a little iffy. He is the reason I wouldn’t go anywhere else after my recent transactions with him. Thanks again
