Got my 2018 Nissan Rogue Rob Reilly is awesome he helped me and my husband choose the right vehicle for us. He answered all our questions. Nissan Collins staff are friendly people.
Staff Friendly, Manager quite the opposite Went to this branch for a oil change as I usually do as I work 5 minutes away and use their shuttle service to get to work and back to the dealership at the end of the day. On the way back to work the shuttle driver who know my requested time says "oh by the way I wont be able to pick you up when you want I have another pick up around the corner 15 minutes earlier and once I drop him off and come get you and bring you here it'll be past my shift so he tells me to take time off work ... read more
Katie is awesome Katie is so friendly and personable; she's not the kind of person to just roll of stats and figures, she is genuine. As she says, she is also a consumer of goods and services, and allows you to take the time to make a decision. Purchased a new vechile August 2019. I was very nervous, first time purchasing by myself as I was recently widowed. Amazing salesman!!! This was our first time going out to look at cars at a dealership and since ours was falling apart we figured to give it a shot and we went to Nissan. We met with Christopher on the Wednesday and we were picking up our new Pathfinder on the following Monday. Christopher was great he absolutely went above and beyond for us even engaged our boys and brought them out balloons which was impressive to me!! Now making my bi-weekly payments and on a route to better credit.
