The dealership had a great atmosphere despite having to maintain covid protocols. It seemed like everyone who worked there was in a good mood and enthusiastic about their job. Christopher was awesome and really made the whole car buying experience fun and easy.

My story started by a tire rupture, then the spare tire caused the AWD system to heat and I called Collins Nissan, I got Samantha on the other line, sorry can't make my appointment for tire change, my AWD will probably get damaged too. My wife and I picked up each of our new Nissans, yesterday. Christopher Van Weichen was outstanding, communicative and did an excellent job bringing it all together for today's delivery. And they are very fair when it comes to trades-ins unlike other dealers around here.
Rene Romero helped me find my car, and he was awesome! We ran into some issues that were completely outside of his control, and and stuck with it and followed through on everything we discussed. I couldn't be happier!
