Great sales team I knew the car I wanted before I came to the dealership. The challenge was to buy the car at a price that would fit my budget. Although I ended up spending more than I wanted to, I did get a few extras that I had not planned on but are likely important when keeping a car for a long time. Christopher was an excellent sales person, explained the car well and went over everything in detail when I picked it up. Exceptional Customer Service I walked into Collins Nissan knowing what I wanted and having researched I knew the price I wanted it for. My sales man, Christopher Van Wiechen was informative, understanding of my budget, and really fought for what I wanted/needed. On the first test drive he walked me through some features on the car. Above and beyond We purchased two vehicles, with one being a surprise for our daughter. Dominic suggested that her Micra be placed in the showroom surrounded by balloons.We walked in and told her it was hers and she was overwhelmed, and didn't believe it was hers. Amazing to deal with With my credit not being stellar I contacted Derek with the hopes of getting into a decent used vehicle. Derek worked to get the best financing options for me and at no point made me feel bad because of past mistakes with my credit. I was able to contact him at anytime if I had and any questions or concerns and he would respond very quickly.
