"Outstanding" Experience Purchased Nissan Juke as a first car for a student. Employees were welcoming, and helpful to young adults. Made sure experience of buying first car was amazing. Unorganized chaos This place has terrible work-related communication between coworkers. You provide them with information over the phone and they make you repeat it all once you're there. To make it worse, when they asked me for a phone number I said "it's on file, starts with 905, nothing else has changed." The woman then went on to loudly read my phone number and address out loud for the whole shop to hear- for me, and other women, this is a safety risk! It's my privacy and I expect it to be respected.
