Very professional and extremely helpful! Any questions I had were answered and I felt as if Eric and the Nissan in St.Catharines really tried to help as best as they could.
I had a problem with my vehicle and dealt with Dave the Mgr. of car sales. I was not impressed with his getting back to me. On 2 different occasions, he did not reply to me. I ended up going there and he then said he should have gotten back to me earlier. Ended up talking to the General Mgr. Chris Rose who I dealt with and he took care of my problem. Thanks Chris

Chris Rose is a trustworthy general manager. He actively listened to our needs and wants and followed up with us throughout and after the sales process to make sure all of our questions and concerns were answered. We had a great experience and felt that we got a great deal on the car we purchased.
I don’t have much experience in dealerships but from what I can see this place is clean has a nice selection of vehicles and helpful employees.
