Completely satisfied! From the first time I went to the dealership, I had all of my questions answered. Between Fred and Jesse, the vehicles were introduced to me, pointing out all of the features that I was looking for, as well as many that I wasn't. There was absolutely no pressure when I was at Collins on any of my four visits to make this purchase. The financing team that I dealt with were very well organized and explained the process clearly and concisely. The whole process was comfortable and greatly appreciated.
