The sales dept are top notch but the call centet is the problem with wrong appointments being book. I took an appointment 3 weeks ago to have a tire change, was given an appointment. I was left waiting with my pager for over one hour and after complaining I was finally told I had an appointment for the 8K inspection, well I purchased the car in February and only have 5K on the odometer….where did that come from?we were 6 persons who was told our appointment was at 13:00….there is an issue with the call center and he needs to... read more
