We purchased our new 2024 RAV4 Prime and had a very positive sales experience with Duncan Liu — he was professional, courteous, and made the process smooth and straightforward. Unfortunately, our experience with the Service Department has been very disappointing. The level of communication and overall service did not meet expectations, which was frustrating given how positive the purchase process had been. I hope the dealership takes steps to improve their service operations, as the sales side set a much higher standard.

I had my car serviced at this dealership and was extremely disappointed with the experience. I arrived 10 minutes before my 1 PM appointment but didn't get my car back until 3:30 PM. I understand that the 'second service' is extensive, but a 2.5 hour wait is unacceptable, especially since I could see my car sitting untouched in the garage while the clerk assured me the service was being performed. Dishonest. Purchased a used car a month ago and I still don't have my plates. So technically, they have my money, and I don't have a car because it is not registered and I cannot even drive it anymore as the temporary pass they issued expired 2 weeks ago. They won't even give me an explanation, just told me to wait another week.

They very unprofessional about Keeping clients privacy,anybody just call and they start giving your information out even though they are not listed on your contract or co-signers.

SERVICE IS TERRIBLE More than 2 hours to install 4 summers tires, with appointment, they damaged the mag wheels installing tires, broke TPMS AND over charged work. Very poor labour !

I gave them a nice running car for a break change and they return me a broken one in two different opportunities. I had to pay ~850$ to repair a damage on the hand break caused by the dealership. After that they gave me a broken car, again, and asked me to pay ~3000$ to have it repaired. My suggestion is that you run away from that dealership while you can. Dishonesty seems to be a common rule there.
