I have so far dealt only with sales staff whom I have found to be very courteous and helpful particularly considering long delivery delays and unavailability of vehicles from Lexus. My choice was ultimately a compromise. Somewhat frustrating to me and my sales person Pishoy who took pains to keep the situation positive.
