Great service Brought my vehicle in, and service was great for my first service. Was greeted quickly and professional. Given a loaner vehicle, and my vehicle was washed after service

Great experience! Just picked up my fathers vehicle from the dealership last night and I had to share our experience. We didn’t deal any car salesmen, we were served by gentlemen (Charles Baril, Roberto Diano and of course Billy Zawahry). Billy took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle, no pressure tactics, no sales games, just great service and attention. I can’t compare the high level of service this establishment offers, and this wasn’t our first lease. Thanks to the whole crew at Spinelli Lexus Lachine!!!
Pouvez vous croire que nous avons fait installer nos pneus d’été le 30 mai et que la roue avant côté conducteur n’a pas été boulonner serré. Cette situation aurait pu être dramatique.

Absoluement insultant Une complète perte de temps! Me suis fait insulter. Mehdi Semsari, un de leurs vendeurs, m'a dit à plusieurs reprises qu'il allait 'niker ma race'! (je suis québécois de souche, s'aucune façon raciste, mais il y a des limites) Plainte effectuée chez Lexus Canada, Ne mettez jamais les pieds chez ce concessionaire. de bonnes voitures, mauvais service!

Poor Service , high prices, no return phone calls. Worst of all, complete xxxxxxxx by the salesman. He starts off with the Spinelli promise of no hidden fees, no pressure, yada yada yada. After going through the features of the car, the pressure starts. Pressure to sign, crying that the manager can't lower the price because it is a new model. Wants to sell the car at MSRP, says he will call you back but won't. Stay away from Spinelli, you won't regret it.
Worst car salesmen, high pressure, don't care about you.. Very poor Dealership. Their salesmen are high pressure, and they don't care about you, only the sale. I bought a New Lexus RX350 new there. The salesman forgot the one accessory I had ordered, the trunk liner, so I had to go back a week later to get it at my time and expense. (this was minor but still 1 hour round trip) as they didn't have it in stock naturally because he forgot to order it. The car was prepped horribly.
