This is a horrible dealer, my certified used infiniti is the worst car i ever owned, bought from them at 35,000 kms and nothing but problems from the beginning. The service advisors are the only ones that tried to give me good service, the service manager is useless, had a defect in the leather seat when i bought it and three times they took pictures and said they sent it in for warranty confirmation and they were never sent because i never got a call and had to reach out myself all three times tobe told that the service man... read more

Had damage to my wheel after installation of a new set of tire's. They refused to take liability. The service manager laughed at me after I told him how I love my car and take care of it. He said it’s not his problem. I also bought my car new from them and had all my service done here. If you’re a car enthusiast and take care of your vehicle, I wouldn’t recommend servicing your car here. left with a horrible feeling after spending 3000$ in tires and installation.
