I have my GM detailed there twice. Carter Cadillac no longer does this for their customers. South Pointe Toyota have done a consistently great job. My car looks awesome and the people are great!

I recently purchased a used vehicle from South Pointe Toyota. Cory Hogue was my Financial Sales Manager and impressed me with his professionalism and attention to detail. We ordered a new Rav4 hybrid Oct. 2 and were pleased when it arrived mid December. Unfortunately, after it arrived we were informed that an extra $5000 was now required to pay for a retainer fee. Big shock. Sales manager did not offer any apology for us not being informed prior, and we felt he had a general attitude that if we didn't like it we could walk. Not impressed.
