Excellent! Buy your next vehicle here! I couldn't be happier. I drove from Ft McMurray in hopes that I'd get better customer service than my local dealership. It was 100% worth it. first exposure to Sherwood Park Toyota My experience was extremely positive, I received exceptional treatment from Savana with regard to my vehicle requirement, she was very professional and accommodating with my schedule, I would certainly recommend dealing with her.
Complete customer care getting truck serviced Had my tundra in for code check, and subsequent maint work. Treated very well and informed on issues and the path to get work complete. Don went to great ends to take care of me while at the dealership, so much so that my brother visiting from Ontario was so impressed that when he moves to Alberta, his Camery will be going to Sherwood park Toyota and Don for servicing. My best experience to date......i think that sums it all up.
Pressure Free Sales I went in to Toyota having looked at about 4 other cars at different dealerships all with varying levels of customer service. Doug, my salesperson, was extremely helpful every step of the way and answered all my questions during the process. This was my first new car purchase and and it couldn't have gone much better. Great no pressure sales approach Matt worked with me to find me a truck that met my needs and was competitive on pricing. I bought a 2015 Tacoma and I'm really happy with it. Also, I like how Toyota didn't bash the other brands to sell its product. They don't have to do that because they sell a good product, which is clear the minute you get in and drive one.
Excellent Customer Service We first bought our new Highlander Limited from Matt in 2015 and the service was great. We decided to trade it in for the new Rav4 Hybrid Limted and the service was even better. Thank you Matt for going that extra mile to extend your kind service, we hope to see you again in the future for our second vehicle we have in mind. Also the finance guys we're exceptional. When Eli and Sneil say it's not a problem, it's definitely not a problem.
