Friendly and honest It was a nice experience of buying a vehicle at this dealership. I was doubting the honesty of the salesman, Kirk Perrin, but it turned out that both him and the sales manager, Sastri Udit, are friendly and honest. These two guys' names are not shown on their list.
Jeff Farrell Sales Master Jeff was amazing yesterday! Came in, he spent over 3 hours with me. Didn’t push me into anything, showed me a lot of different options and opened my eyes to the line of Toyota SUVs when I have always been a dodge driver. The tag team took care of everything. Found a great deal on the exact Subaru Outback I had been searching for for months. Blake initially contacted me and set everything up including a personal pick up from the airport. Stephanie from finance took over once we arrived at the dealership and I was able to have everything finalized and be on the road home in short order. Proffessional, friendly & knowledgeable Purchased a 2018 Toyota Highlander. My husband and I felt the best investment we could make was with the HIghlander, still feel the same way. Great experience with sales and financing. We had a very good experience purchasing an '18 Tundra. We found the service to be prompt and helpful without being pushy. Both Blake and Samantha gave us the information we needed - and more. They were very helpful and forthcoming on points that we wouldn't have been aware of without their advice. Another great aspect with Sherwood Park Toyota is their pricing. We haven't found another dealership that could compete with the price discounts they offer.
They tried to play gimmick with me I purchased used 2017 Toyota highlander from them & I paid for extended warranty and two years of maintenance but when i went over there for vehicle service they told me to pay me for it as it wasn't on the racket so I tried to talk to them but they told me we have returned te money meant for warranty and maintenance to the bank even without asking me once apparently they were backtracking on their committed even though it was two sides contract , these people think they can fool their cust... read more
