What a terrible experience at Infiniti Sherbrooke for the second time! My car was hold there for 10 days then returned to me supposedly repaired (rust in the trunk- A common issue on Q50 at least). The dealer was not taking or returning calls and left me in the dark for couple of days. I am still waiting resolution to the problem despite the promises made by the dealer.
