Service and customer service Absolutely furious with the mechanics! Was told transmission is going, (no proof) took 3 attempts to order in correct part for my truck. They rely on their code reader too much!
Terrible Sales and Service Extremely poor sales and service. I have a friend that recently purchased a used vehicle that had a 30 day return policy on it. In the first three weeks the clutch failed, vehicle stalls intermittently, power windows quit working, rear back camera quit working, AC quit working and found out there is no block heater installed in the car. General Manager needs manager training Told the service rep that i was upset and always given poor service at this location. Little mental midget Howie comes out saying that ive been threatening employees. Even to the point they were scared, apparently thats what happens when you complain about the service. He then brought me to the back to test a module for me and to show me how busy the shop was which is fine. He didn't end up testing anything for me and told me i was giving him attitude. Just looking for a oil change Arrive at dealership at 0845 hrs there was one car in shop and one outside in front of me have been waiting and watching oil change guys for apx 80 mins so far . And all I can say is that I have never seen a more slow, pathetic bunch of slackers in my in life , if there was any other dealership within 30 mins I would drive there to just avoid these bunch of clowns
Worse decision of my life. I was looking around at a bunch of different vehicles because I was unsure of the car I wanted. POOR SALES TEAM We went in looking for a vehicle for the 3rd time in 2 years. First experience was we needed a van and the used sales dept. didn't even make a effort to work a deal with us. So as most folks we found some dealers in Edmonton(more competition there between Toyota dealers) and we bought a van. House of Lemons Searched for months for a specific vehicle (Nissan Xterra 6-Speed Manual) and one happened to turn up at this Toyota dealer nearly brand new - 2011 with 43000km. I took it for a test drive and the sales guy had absolutely zero knowledge about the vehicle - and couldn't drive a standard.
