Amazing Service Advisor My experience with the Service Advisor Jeanneth Lagman is always amazing. Every time I come in to get my car fix she provides excellent customer service by being prompt, she is very thorough in explaining of what repairs need to be done and ensures that I am happy after the work is completed. Thank you for providing a pleasurable experience and for being very knowledgeable.
Customer service. We went to this location to look at our options and made our decision the same day .Our questions and concerns were answered to our satisfaction by Shaizad. He was courteous, knowledgeable about the product patient and understanding. The service he provided was above and beyond our expectations and largely contributed to our decision.
Jay Ells is the Service Whisperer I have dealt with Jay Ells at Scarborough Toyota numerous times now, and I can say that beyond a shadow of a doubt, that man is a Service Whisperer. Polite, courteous, knowledgable, informed, and customer service oriented. He always lets me know what needs immediate attention and what can be put off for a few pay days lol.
Exceptional Customer Service I was really impressed by the quality of explanations he gave to me before I arrived at the best decision in terms the car features and lease/finance benefits. Body Work Repair My car was taken to this dealership to get repairs from my mother hit a couple of that made huge damages to the body of the car. They did an amazing job at repairing the damages and were really insightful to any concerns we had about the car. They knew what they were doing, had vast knowledge about the car, and were able to provide great customer service. Would definitely recommend this place for future repairs. Service Advisor - Jeanneth Lagman I had to come in for service for my Rav 4 - oil change, brakes cleaned, wheel alignment and a few other additional services which Jeanneth helped me with and I really appreciated her honesty and kindness and she always seems to be so sweet and helpful every time I come in for a service visit. She always seems to go the extra mile and makes me comfortable bringing in my car in for service without any hesitation.
