Thank God I visited for my car service for Toyota Sienna 2004 in morning but in evening I booked Toyota C-HR 2019 as he was the 1 who convinced me that now it’s time for change. RUDE STAFF NOT HELPFUL This specific individual who is known as a manager is one of the most disrespectful managers i have met. He has very limited customer service skills and severely lacks communication skills with the customer. This man clearly states policies that do not apply to the company, yet denies and lies to "MAKE A SALE". His biggest concern is to close a sale to a customer.
