I wanted to trade in my Corolla and getting new Rav4. My cousin introduced me to Bami in Scarborough Toyota. He listen to me properly and made my purchase easy and quick. He patiently explained to me trims which were close to what I wanted and didn’t try to push me to get something I didn’t want or offers that usually agents push you to take. He manage to get me good deal and he did delivery the car himself to make sure everything is fine. Also his manager, Mat, was nice and checked twice with us if everything is fine.
Mathew is a Very friendly person to deal with. Not like your typical salesman person but a genuine gentleman. Hope to deal with you again in future for any car purchase
