Great service by Ivan Wu I went in to look for new/semi-new vehicles and trade in my old 2009 Camry. Ivan was extremely helpful from day one. I was actually there a couple of days before going on a 2-week vacation. He asked me to make a quick call to my insurance company, and while I was away, did all the necessary paper work with my insurance company. Winter Ready Before my appointment, Gord the Service Manager, clearly explained the difference between all weather vs winter tires. After his explanation, my decision was easy; it was winter for my 2014 Sienna. On the day of my appointment, Kason took me promptly, called me to verify and approve the work required on my van. He took care of all that was needed to make my van safe for the winter roads. Althoug I am still recovering from the hefty bill, I am happy.
Amazing service from Greg Robertson and Kason Briggs Greg and Kason were amazing to deal with and accommodated my requests in every way possible. They were responsive to all my email inquiries throughout the day, pre-arranged a rental for me, made sure someone was available to assist me when I dropped off and picked up the car, and made the effort to ensure my deadline for all repairs was met on time. I will always buy Toyota/lexus because of this type of service.

Great experience with Scarborough Toyota Just wanted to share my experience with Scarborough Toyota. I was in this week to lease a new 2016 Tundra 4x4. Sergio Belcastro was the salesman I dealt with. I ended up with a great truck Sergio as well as the sales manager Richard were great to deal with.
