Sales and service I have been a client at Richmond Hill Toyota for over twenty years, and I have built a relationship with Mr. Brad Scherer over this time. He has always been extremely professional, and concerned, regarding my needs and wants for service. Sometimes, when Mr. Scherer was not available, other service advisors would assist me, and I felt quite comfortable with them, as well.

PURCHASED A NEW CAR. We had a great client experience when we purchased our new car at the Richmond Hill Toyota dealership. Our Sales Representative was friendly and knowledgeable. Great staff Overall great experience. Tom and Bruce had a no pressure approach that was refreshing in the industry. The trade in price for my vehicle was respectable and the price of the vehicle I purchased was on point with comparable models I was researching. I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone. Great prices, great staff and good selection of vehicles to choose from
