Great Service! I was greeted by one of the service advisor immediately as I drove into the service area. He checked the computer and referred me to see another advisor who was able to do a check around the vehicle. He told me what to expect for the service and the cost so I waited at the dealership where I enjoyed a complimentary coffee brewed from a coffee machine. Helpful, and knowledgeable. I visited the dealership to get a new CHR and the sales agent A Zohni explained very clearly the details of the car. He was very courteous in his conversation and was not pushing for a sale like the other dealerships. I had previously visited Don valley north Toyota and was disappointed with them as they lied to me to get the sale. I would definately recommend Richmond Hill Toyota to my friends so that they too have the wonderful experience I had.
Sales/ Service The very reason that I bought my first car and refere to my cousin as well is its because that I am very impressed of how Ashraf guide us on owning our first car. Very good When you get in dealer, the front desk friendly direct you. Also have free coffee while you waiting. Especially the sales representative is friendly, knowledgeable. I will recommend to my friend if they want to purchase car.
Speedy The service is speedy. Theo is always pleasant and explains everything in detail. The entire office is clean. The lounge is well laid out. The reception staff also pleasant.
Replace rack and pinion An issue came up with the pressure and return lines seizing. But the technician spent a little more time and freed them up. This saved me a lot of money in parts
Squeaky RAV4 2019 I drove to Toyota RH service quite late one afternoon. I wanted my car check for that annoying squeaky sound each time my RAV 4 2019 goes over an uneven road. The staff was wonderful and attentive even though I had not called earlier to book an appointment. Thank you to Chris and Steve Acevedo. Chris drove my car to check the problem. Steve and his team tried to find the cause of the problem. I will bring it in again sometime later for a thorough check as the squeaky sound is still there.
