Great and quick service Igor made the experience of leasing a car very enjoyable. His pleasant manners, attention to detail and patient explanations allowed me to choose the right car for me. As a newcomer to Canada I thought leasing a car would be a tedious process , but with Igor it was easy and relaxed.
Great sales person and I didn't even buy a car from him!! I visited Richmond Hill Toyota in search of a Sienna. Reception connected my to a Toyota salesperson who Ironically was named Ford (Stickle). This is the type of salesperson you want. He treated my wife and I with respect. He listened to our needs and wants and tried to show us what we were looking for. BEST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE First time we came to this dealership was a wonderful experience from the very start up to buying our new car. Excellent job. Outstanding service with Excellent Manager Igor Sapojnikov My family including myself have been purchasing/leasing cars from Igor for many years. Recently decided to upgrade our 2014 Rav4 for 2016 model. Igor made the process very smooth with no hiccups. He was very attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, has a great sense of humour and non-pushy attitude. He is the expert in his field! I would highly recommend Igor if you are shopping for a Toyota and this dealership and I'll be coming back in the future!
"Great service" Great dealership venue, helpful salesperson, I was dealing with Ashraf Zohni, he treated me and my son very well, he outlined all the benefits by educating us about the vehicle and the service Toyota offers. Ashraf seems an honest man, not pushy at all, very decent and polite.
