Had a great first time experience at Regina Nissan First time shopping here and we ended up buying a brand new 2020 Rogue and Wan our sales person who was very very knowledgeable about the product and is a great guy. His manager was fantastic to deal with as well and I would buy here again just because our experience was so positive. Thanks again guys and keep up the great job you are doing...

Pleasurable The vehicle was clean but didn't get much instructions on operation of different features. Staff knowledgable of finances and explanations of same. Unsure where to go for service.
Customer Service IS MOST IMPORTANT I changed from a North American brand that I had been loyal to for years but my loyalty didn't matter to "their" customer service department so I researched my vehicles and switched to Nissan and have NO REGRETS I bought my 2015 Murano new and follow the recommended maintenance schedule. Brandon, the sales representative, agreed twice to me the vehicle would have an oil change. I asked because it had close to 5000 kms and I told him I did not want have to change oil so soon after receiving this vehicle. When he delivered the vehicle I asked about the oil change and he pretended I never asked for one. I told him to tell his dealership I wanted them to pay for one here in Humboldt since the dealership is located in Regina-239 kms away.
