I just bought my second car from Toyota Regency and I'm so happy to have my Rav4 2020. Great Customer Service I recently bought my used Prius V from regency Toyota and I am happy to say that i was incredibly impressed with the customer service received. Even with Covid-19 happening, Regency Toyota was very helpful and had us deal with our salesman, Levi, over the phone. Levi was very kind, polite and knowledgeable! Regency Toyota is simply the best place to buy a car I am very satisfied with an excellent customer service that Jon Fernando the prouduct adviser had given when we bought a used Toyota car from Toyota Regency at 401 Kingsway. He gave us an honest report about the car whether the car had an accident or not which not many product adviser will reveal that. Big thanks to Michael Ash I just bought my first hybrid and Michael made the process very easy for me and made sure that was the right car for me at the right price. I never felt pressured to buy and he was able to answer my questions. Michael was very professional and he made sure that needs were answered. He followed up with a courtesy call after the purchase. I was trying to buy a vehicle and they asked my about my location and I told them that I am from North west of BC. They said they do not sell vehicles to people out of Vancouver. Wow how can they deny a customer who wants to buy vehicle just because of not being local?
