Sales staff, managment were fantastic, personable, knowledgable, definitely have great customer service. This is my 6th Nissan I have purchased. The only person that never made eye contact, or asked if there was something she could help with was the receptionist.

Honestly, had the best experience at this dealership and with Dan! The team was very accommodating, and made the environment as stress free as possible. I went in for a few questions and walked out with a new-to-me vehicle that I dreamed about! 10/10 recommend!!

This is our second Murano purchase from the same Nissan in Reddeer AB . Both experiences were of equal service. I've brought my car for the reg oil changes as well and thought their service to be good. Tom was our sales person this time and found him to be personable and never got pushy wish I appreciated. It was a great experience again. I love my Murano.

Service with a smile It was 35 below. I could not find my block heater cord. They took me right in, with the help of the sales department. In two minutes, the problem was solved, then they also checked my tires because it was so cold out. They really looked after me, and they wanted nothing for their service. Great job!
