I first contacted Plaza Nissan to test drive Nissan Kicks back in April of 2024. I was directed to a very nice salesman who made an appt. for me to view one. I was really happy and impressed by this vehicle and decided this would be the SUV for me. I got my vehicle a few days later and I couldn’t be happier. I also went to the service department a few months later for my first oil change and was pleased with the service. I’m happy to say I’m glad I picked Plaza Nissan!

I’ve been a customer of Upper James Nissan over 23 yrs and the reason I stay with Nissan is the people. I always get super service and would recommend Nissan anytime. In fact I did recommend to a friend years ago and they bought a Sentra and were very happy with the car and the service. Nissan all the way!!
Service was fast and thorough. Counter staff were very pleasant to deal with. Atmosphere was also enjoyable while waiting for my vehicle to get serviced.
