Dealer people were polite and understanding but overwhelmed with work. The car was there all day. Being overwhelmed affected the experience. We did not realize the 9am was a check in not an appointment which was not shared with us until we arrived

Have Bern going here for many years now. Service check in is good, wait times have gotten a little bit better. Overall service very good
