Still some work to do. Rakeeb helped me through the sales process and followed up with concerns after delivery. Marty was extremely helpful in the financial part of this sale. The ball was dropped before pickup. Fluid levels were not topped up and the gas tank was not topped up so I have some concerns about the Toyota Certified Car.process.

This place got variety of new and used inventory to choose from. Staff were very nice and answering the questions very well. Especially Rakeeb helped me to find out the ideal vehicle for me and my family. I highly recommend the place and the people at Pickering Toyota. I'm waiting to drive my new 2020 Highlander Hybrid.
